​We are now shipping Holy Week.

​This book offers the services from Lazarus Saturday through Holy Saturday translated into English from the Greek Triodion. It is formatted to match the size and format of the twelve volumes of our Menaion and our Pentecostarion printed in 2014.
In the coming years we also intend to print the full Triodion and a bilingual personal edition of Holy Week in smaller format. Since that will take a good deal of time, we are offering Holy Week now. Because it is much shorter than the full Triodion, we have been able to include the full texts of all the New Testament readings, including the Twelve Passion Gospels of Holy Friday Matins. We have also provided the full service of the Six Psalms for Holy Monday for the convenience of those performing the Bridegroom Services.
It includes a full-color double frontispiece with the Raising of Lazarus and the Crucixion.

We experienced some problems with the monastery’s store website and it was shut down for more than a week. This was an unexpected event, and it was decided an updated store site was needed. The website also has a series of diagrams called “The Liturgical Year
Introduced” designed to explain and illustrate how the Menaion, Triodion,
Pentecostarion, and Octoëchos are used throughout the year.

Last week the Ascetical Homilies were printed. Yesterday, September 29, we received and approved  sample copy of the cover. Today we received a copy of the unbounded folded signatures of the printed book for approval. The final books should be here within a couple of weeks.

​Many wish to know the latest information concerning the release of the new edition of The Ascetical Homilies of Saint Isaac the Syrian. At the present time, the book is at the printers. We hope to have copies in hand by the end of October; however, we still need to approve the books before we receive them.

At this time we are not prepared to accept pre-orders and we have not yet set a price.
