| Yes. If you are a reseller and are an existing or new customer, we have a limited number of discounts available to you. [For existing bookstore customers who have not ordered online before, these are the same discounts you have been receiving. Before placing your first order online please email us in order to receive the discounts.] Here is how to set up a bookstore discount account:
- Make an account for your bookstore
- Send us an email (you can use the Ask a Question link on the Store page) requesting bookstore account privileges for the account you set up
- We will flag your account for bookstore discounts. The next time you log on you will see the bookstore discount prices
Please note:

| PayPal only works if you have already set up an account with PayPal. What should happen is this:
- Choose PayPal and check out
- Get redirected to the PayPal site, where you log in with your PayPal username and password
- Approve the amount to be paid
- Get redirected back to our site and finish the checkout process

| 7. Are all of the icons in stock? |
| Yes and no. The 8 x 10 size is our "regular" size. We endeavor to keep this size in stock at all times. Nearly all of the 8 x 10 icons are ready to ship or about ready to ship. Other sizes (enlargements or reductions) are made to order and usually take about a month to complete. |

| 8. Are your icons blessed before being sold? |
| No. We have no blessing service for the icons we sell. Many maintain, as do we, that the icon is sanctified already by virtue of the holy image portrayed; and of course, blessings are never sold. In some traditions, a prayer is said with sprinkling of Holy Water, in others the icons are placed in the altar for 40 days. |

| 9. I received my order and noticed several icons were not 8 x 10 inches. Why does the web site say "8 x 10" and the width of the icons I received is less than that? |
| As is noted in several places, the "8 x 10" designation is only approximate. The dimensions of the hand-painted icons from which the reproductions are made vary. We use one dimension, the height (10 inches) for consistency and let the other dimension (the width) fall where it may. Most of the regular size icons we sell are about 8 x 10 inches, hence the designation. |

| 10. How much will shipping costs be to send <certain items> to my country? |
| We give shipping quotes for foreign orders. In other words, when you order you will be given a "quote for shipping" option. Your order will go through without payment for shipping. We will prepare your order and determine the exact shipping cost for it. After we inform you what it is by email, you have the option to accept or decline the order. If you accept, we will charge your credit card (or ask you to paypal us the amount required) for shipping. If you decline, the order is canceled and your money is refunded. |
